NYQ (“Not Your Queen”) is an independent entertainment and event-based media platform producing live and recorded psychological reality content (“NYQ Courts”) in London and online.

NYQ is not a dating service, talent agency, or employment provider.

To participate in NYQ in any capacity you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Have legal capacity to consent.

• Provide truthful information in all applications.

• Be available for filming during the full recording window.

NYQ reserves the right to decline or remove any participant at its sole discretion.

• Submission of an application or intro video does not guarantee participation.

• NYQ may select, reject, or defer candidates without providing reasons.

• Selection is based on content suitability, availability, and production

• Act respectfully and lawfully.

• Follow all production instructions.

• Refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, or illegal conduct.

NYQ may remove any participant who breaches these standards without compensation or further notice.

By participating, you grant NYQ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

• Record, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and monetize your likeness, voice, statements, and performances.

• Use footage across all platforms, formats, and promotional materials.

You waive any right to approve final edits or content usage.

At pilot stage, participation is unpaid unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Any revenue-share or referral-based compensation is discretionary and applies only to income directly generated through NYQ-originated deals.

Participation does not create exclusivity unless explicitly agreed in writing. You remain free to engage in other projects independently.

Any reimbursement of travel or accommodation is at NYQ’s discretion and must be agreed in advance.

Participants attend NYQ Courts at their own risk.

NYQ is not liable for:

• Personal injury.

• Loss of property.

• Emotional distress.

• Third-party actions.

Website users agree not to:

• Copy or misuse NYQ content.

• Harass participants or staff.

• Misrepresent affiliation with NYQ.

Personal data is collected only for casting, communication, and production purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

NYQ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NYQ platforms constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
